My objective is to develop safe, proficient pilots. If you share this philosophy, then we may be the right school for you. I look forward to training with you!

Shane is the proud parent of two strapping young sons and completely content in their little slice of paradise in the Rocky Mountains.  Both sons are activly invloved in sports, one is a swimmer and the other Runs X-Country.  Justin is working toward a 4-Year degree at CSU and Dominic is interviewing colleges that support his running career.  Couldn’t be prouder.

Watching my sons grow up to be bright young men with a respect for the community and others around them.  Watching them seek careers as professionals is humbling.

Watching a client go solo for the first time. The “Holy Crap I did it!” look.  with having the same look!!! HAHA

Vance Harral – CFI

Pilot Background

Vance Harral, CFI-A-I.

As Vance tells it, the genetic disease of aviation runs in his family.  His brothers are pilots, his dad was a pilot, his dad’s dad was a pilot, and the only reason the chain ends there is that Grandpa was born before the Wright Brothers flew.  Vance arrived in the world while his dad was flying F-4 combat sorties in Vietnam, was successfully smuggled in to an F-15 simulator at the age of 9, and will never be that cool again.  In the course of growing old and uncool, however, he’s accumulated 30 years’ experience flying and instructing, and enjoys teaching primary, instrument, and commercial students.  When not instructing for Aerosphere, you might see him around Longmont in a red-tailed Mooney he shares with some good friends.”
