Throughout the last few years, while many industries have been showing less availability for positions for recent graduates, the aviation industry has been seeing something quite different. There is a large hiring need for certified flight instructors, pilots, and co-pilots. Having experience in teenage flight training, Aero-Sphere will be attending the Erie High School Aviation Fair in January 2017 to help educate teens about this potential career.
We were interested to learn that there was a shortage in applicants in the aviation industry. With the increasing difficulty in getting a job after graduation & our experience in teenage flight lessons, we at Aero-Sphere wanted a chance to educate others about this opportunity. Learning to fly is overall less expensive than a 4-year college degree. Working in aviation provides you with competitive salaries and the opportunity to travel! We’re looking forward to the opportunity to speak to high school students about this alternative career path.
Currently we have 5 pilots under the age of 18 actively learning to be aviators. Our youngest student being 16 years old when he took his first solo flight. We aim to create safe and knowledgeable students that can become hireable pilots. At the Erie High School Aviation Fair on January 12, 2017 we will be introducing flying lessons to these students in hopes of opening a new door of possibility for their future.
If your teen is interested in getting into flying, talk to us here at Aero-Sphere. Our teenage flight lessons will help your son or daughter prepare for their future and help land them a job with benefits of traveling the world and an office with magnificent views.
