Your experience begins with an overview of the flight training process, requirements and expectations, an introduction to aerodynamics and aircraft flight controls. You will learn the basics of how an aircraft works and what to expect in the air. Your instructor will demonstrate a pre-flight check. You’ll have the opportunity to take the controls, taxi and fly the airplane yourself under the guidance of your instructor. You’ll practice gentle turns, climbs, and descents while enjoying incredible views from above.

Discovery flights consist of approximately 1-hour of loggable flight time in one of our safe, well-maintained training aircraft. You’ll also receive a logbook and logbook entry that counts toward your pilot certificate!
